sometimes add on toolbars or items will cause IE to crash and the error will be reported as an IE error instead of an add on error. It could also be an activeX issue. Run some adware programs such as spybot and adaware. Also run system file checker, use this format To run the system file checker, press Start, Run, and then type in SFC followed by its options.

The most common usage of SFC is this:

    SFC /scannow

If this does not work uninstall your yahoo and or google toolbars.

    Good luck

This is a low level memory read error from Windows.

    Possible causes are .....

Bad memory modules or a conflict with another dll or ocx control trying to compete for the same memory area.

Suggest you run Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check on the memory side.

Look in Event Viewer immediately following the appearance of the error message for more info. Post anything relevant here (double click on a message to open and click on the icon below the up/down arrows to copy to clipboard & paste into a post).
