Resolved Error in Hiding Operating System Files

Hi Everyone

I have a problem with my Folder Options..

When i "uncheck" the "Hide Protected Operating System Files" option, There is no warning message.

But when i "check" that option, a Message "You have chosen to display protected operating system files..." suddenly appear

I know that message should appear when i "uncheck" the option, but now it appear when i "check" the option..

Please, can anyone help me?

 

An error has occured in your registry, I have found instructions to stop the warning pop up but unless you are confident enough to edit the registry this wouls not be a good approach.

What I suggest you try first is to run the command sfc /scannow this should correct the error in your registry. Click Start and copy and paste the command into the search box and hit Enter.

Report back with the result.

I am wondering how this fault could have occured, did it just suddenly change, had you run any system scanners or made any changes to the system.

i scan my registry with my country;s antivirus, then its all fixed
