Resolved ERROR ID 1517 Userenv

I noticed that I keep getting an ERROR in applications. Source Userenv. Catagory NONE Warning: Event ID 1517 NTAUTHORITY\SYSTEM. I downloaded and tried UPHClean but that didn't work. I still keep getting the error. Is there any way to repair it.

 

Did you run UPHClean in 'report' mode to identify the guilty app?

 

I ran it. In the Event Viewer under UPHClean showed: The following handles opened in user profile: Comp.name\Username\ {S-1-5-21-515967899-1547161642-725345533-1003}. Underneath that is this: svchost.exe(920) and under that is HKU(0x274). Then in the reg. I changed the value for report only value back to (0), then restarted and the 1517 Userenv error is gone. I searched the registry for for the two entries svchost.exe(920) and HKU(0x274) but was unsuccessful. Is there any way to fix svchost.exe(920) and HKU(0x274). Any suggestions will greatly appreciated. Oh, by the way dummy ME forgot to return the value for reportonly back to (0) that's why UPHClean failed to work the first time.
