Error Downloading Codec

    i downloaded a movie from torrent then i played it.. its working good but the next day i tried to play it but it said "error downloading codec" then i cant see the video anymore but i can still hear the audio..i tried installing windows media player 11 but still it did not work..the file is .avi

    Try playing the video again with the Now Playing pane showing on the right side of the player. You should see an exclamation mark next to the name of the file. Click that and select Web Help. It should take you to an MS page informing you of which codec pack to download.
