ERROR: couldnt load library OLEACC.dll

    Sorry guys but I didnt know where else to come...

    When I attempt to run KAZAA on my pc a little error window pops up and says "couldnt load library OLEACC.dll" - the kazaa files d/l alright to my pc and onto the desktop but they just wont run..

    is there anything i can do..please help!

    Welcome to the board! Did you try reinstalling KAZAA to see if it helps?

    OLEACC.dll is a MS file that comes with your installation of Windows98. Have you run a Find to see if you still have it on your PC? (it should be in C:\Windows\System)
    If not, try reinstalling from your Win98 CD or System File Checker.
    If you find it, you might try re-registering it. Start|Run|type regsvr32 oleacc.dll|OK. And it is possible that the oleacc.dll file you do have is corrupt, but let's save that for another post.
    Of course a special version of OLEACC.dll may come with Kazaa, in which case MinnesotaMike's suggestion is a good one.
