error code 19 and 22

Hi everyone, got this problem, something has disconected my cd drives. They are present in device manger, but not anywhere else.

I have followed the help advice that windows gives me, disconect and plug in and play, but I still get this message.

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Sometimes I get error 22 "cant find drivers."

ANyhelp would be very grateful. I don't want to send it to a shop, can't afford it.
