I just started getting about a month ago. I havent loaded anything new. I need to reboot about three times then things run fine. I dosn't happen every time I boot up. Not sure what is going on.
    Thanks for any help.

that sounds like something screwy is going on as the result of a drive letter changing, or some other big hardware change. The message means 'Your Windows Activiation is broken, and I am not sure how to fix it'.

WARNING: This is not a safe thing to do, if your kung fu is not strong, please call microsoft and they can help you through this. If you do this and hose your box, its your own fault for listening to some random dude on the internet.

Basically, boot into recovery console and do the following:
    a) rename wpa.dbl in the system32 directory to wpa.dbl.old
    b) rename wpa.bak in the system32 folder to wpa.bak.old

This will require you to reactivate, so be aware of that.
