Error Button

Hello, I installed windows 2k on my computer that previously had xp on it. Everything seems to be fine except at startup I gett an error message that states "error loading NvQTwK" followed underneath that line is "invalid access to memory location ". I have tried every troubleshoot device to resolve this problem but nothing. Could you please help to correct this message...thank you......... thomas

 

Could be trying to load the NVIDIA Tweak Utility. Use msconfig (from XP) or StartupCPL to check your Run registry keys.
