Error 623 but no VPN

    I get a "cannot load dialog" Error 623.
    Microsoft says to right click the VPN connection....
    I have no VPN connection
    What to do?

    The message appears when I bring up the browser (either IE or Firefox)

    This seems to be a piece of a bigger bag of problems.
    I've been fighting a wireless connection problem ( see posting "connection to internet failure ".
    The previously working second desktop computer wireless signal failed like the laptop so I fired up the wireless on the Verizon Router and found the laptop and the remote desktop both funtioned properly when connected to that source. It was apparently a slowly dying and now dead linksys router that caused all my problems.
