Windows Vista error 0xc0000013

    i get this error every ime i start windows and my pc hoses up some times. ive search the internet and tried several things and got 2 errors solved but i can't with this one. seems like the parameters has something to do with what is causing the problems. the first was same error error code but different parameters. here's the latest


    windows -no disk (in windows box at top)

    exception processing message 0xc0000013 parameters

    You should probably post as much detail as you can.

    Non-members cannot attach files. If you can take a "printscreen ", you could put it onto a free photo hosting website (I think Photobucket is one) and link to it here.

    "No disk "...a program may be expecting to have it's CD in the drive (it may be part of a program installation).

    all i have

    thats all i have can't find the error in event log. i upgraded to utlimate 64 bit form premuim 64 bit. but it came up ok except for printer and dvd\rw drive and after i fixed them the message came up. pc seems to be working except for lockups every now and then the info above is the exact message

    thanks, but my error dont say insert disk in drive and i have a media bay with 4 ports, but the funny thing is it shows 5 removeable drives. here is my drives
    0 is hard drive c 2nd partition is d factory image
    1 is external drive k
    2 is removable e
    3 is removable f
    4 is removable g
    5 is removable h
    6 is removable i
    7 is cd\dvd j

    bkmaddog, you have edited your original post. Does that mean the problem is solved? If so, you should add another post to say so, not edit previous posts. Others may not see the information and waste time posting another solution, thanks.

    Oops sorry solved

    PROBLEM IS SOLVED , had to change drive letters on my drive
