erratic cursor

    when in word or excel the cursor moves around of its own accord and causes frustrating errors in typing/spreadsheets. as a 'one finger' typist I don't find the mistake until I look up at the screen and see rubbish being typed.

    Any ideas on how to prevent above.?

    Hi Tom Clyde
    Is it only in Office that this happens? Try slowing the video Hardware acceleration down just a little and see if it helps. (control panel-display-settings-advanced-performance.)
