    I believe my printer heads need cleaning. I put new ink in and it will not work. I keep getting the red light flashing telling me I am low on ink. I tried to do the automatic cleaning with the printer but it is not working. HelP!!!

    Shut down your computer. Disconnect the printer cable and the power cable to the printer. Reboot. Then shutdown again, reconnect everything and retry printing test page. Is this a Epson ink cartridge or generic cartridge? Black/color?

    generic ink. I filled it myself.
