Entering The Forum, Taking a Seat

Hello all. The name is Bob, plain old Bob. I've lost track of all the Windows operating systems I've used, starting with DOS 1.0. I try to keep current but am by no means an expert at anything. I use the web to hunt for answers to problems I encounter which is what lead me here. The web is a wealth of information & I try to use it before pushing the panic button.
