Rockit--Eric Howes is very respected in the field of IE security. However "Enough is Enough" seems pretty extreme. Your PC will be very safe, but you will have problems with access to many sites. I do not run EIE so do not know how easy it is to toggle the settings on and off.
I would suggest you rather read the suggestions here
    http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=31695
and come up with your own set of procedures.
Eric Howes' IESpyAds should be in that list, but I could not find it after a quick search. I use that to help populate my Restricted Sites list.

Indeed, you should take full advantage of all the settings available to you in the IE Tools|Internet Options|Security and Privacy tabs.

Thanks, for sharing this link Rockit. I have a few friends with PC's that this utility will work on just fine.

Thanks for the link, Rockit! I changed the Subject heading to better reflect what this is about.
