Operating system, Windows98SE, Netscape version 4.79.
There are times ,usually caused by javascript pop up spam containing java that the only way to close a Netscape window is using Ctrl+Alt+Delete then End Task. Sometimes this method closes the active Netscape window only, at other times it closes all Netscape.
I would like to know if there is a method to make end task always close only the active Netscape window.

I don't think you can do that but have you considered getting a PopUpStopper? They work very well for stopping those unwanted screens in the first place.
