At times I get forwarded email that I cannot read.
I opened 'Properties' of said mail trying to find out what it is about. It seems the cryptic mail is called 'Cubic Circle's cucipop'.

I have Windows 98 SE and I was wondering if there is a way I would be able to read this sort of mail.
    Any suggestions?

Can you find any clues as to the type of encoding used in the message properties?

As an aside, I chap I know once spent an age trying to decode a message only to eventually discover that it was a Chinese spam!

It appears to be mostly little squares and things like @ symbols
hence the name "cubic circles "...
It is probably only joke mail, but I'm curious to know if I am able to decipher it but just don't know how.
I have come across other info with this code at times when it seemed more important to know what it was saying.
Such as when I get "Open With "... I would choose Word to open the item and will get this encoded gibberish.

    Here is an example:

    ;H.P±Ã†Ã´!| ê;â„¢{Úkz½â€° JB 3 8I 0.ÃdqºÃ.ìà ¤«9÷´Ã”Ô÷Ã4ˆYkŽÃ¥UâëØqER _¾Ã¨Ãˆfc` +ÃŽ9ÿGòùÉ‘¸Ul
    :( :(

Looks to be a case of foreign characters which your system is unable to correctly display.
