Is there any way to automatically empty the cache when closing the browser? IE has that feature so I don't have to worry about it building up. :p

    Welcome to the Forum, mojo13!

    Hi mojo13,

No, there is to automatic Cache dump when you close Netscape. There is only mojomatic. ;)

Empty Disk and Memory Cache in Preferences just before you close Netscape. Or after you close Netscape, delete the Cache folder in your
    C:\Windows\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\username\*.slt\Cache

There are other options as well, such as making a small .bat file which is called from autoexec.bat. You can delete Cache and History on startup. It will slow down your startup somewhat. If you're interested, let me know.

tranquilo may have other options for you.

    bat file

I've heard of this before. Although I rarely reboot the computer, I would be interested in making the file.

I believe the cache file is located in a different place in the XP OS.
I found it under Documents and settings.

    Who or what is tranquilo???
