Embedding a wav file

Hi
I'm useing Msn Explorer and their email.
Can any one tell me how I can embed a wav file to a email message without it becoming a attachment?

I would just like it to play when reading a email.

I know you can do this in OE by clicking format then selecting backround then sound.
But MSN does not have that option that I can find.

Well I was told by my ISP that it is not possible to do this with MSN's email.

Funny, That Microsoft puts out both (Don't they?) yet they are not compatible to each other?

Geri,
If you are using Windows, you have Outlook Express on your computer. Set up an account with your email settings, then you can use it to send the message with the embedded .wav file.

I have it set, so when I do want to send wav. fikes that is what I'll do.
