Running Netscape Communicator 4.7, with Windows 98- When I go to send , reply or forward an email, it doesn't show on the desk top, but shows on
the task bar. Cannot left click to bring it up, when I right click, I get an option to maximize, then when it fills the screen, I can't minimize it, nor can I resize it. I can minimize my incoming mail. Appreciate any help.

I hope this will be the solution for your message composition window problem.

I've seen this fix suggested in the Netscape Communicator Newsgroup, with positive results:

Right-click|RESTORE. If no window shows, press alt+spacebar+M. Then use the arrow keys to move the window on to the screen. When it's where you want it, press "return ".

If the arrows don't work, try pressing NUMlock or SCROLLlock first.
