One of our users has noticed that when she replies to an email from a certain contact who has recently changed their email address the address it replies to is the persons old email address that is no longer used and if she uses that it fails. The person she is replying to has said she hasn't had anyone else she emails have the same problem. Our user has deleted the old email address from her contacts in cse it was remembering it and added the new one but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

She is running Xp Pro sp3 and Office XP standard Sp3

Sounds like it is on her end. In Account settings is a "reply address" field. It is normal set to blank/empty.
