Email is Sent but Still in Outbox (2000)

    (Using Outlook 2000) After sending a message, the sent message stays in the OUTBOX (Using Outlook 2000)

    I have verified that the message was actually sent. The sent item should be MOVED into the Sent-Items folder, not remain in OUTBOX.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    How big is your .pst file?

    How recently have you archived old stuff?

    Have you tried a repair of MS Office?

    What OS are you running?
