Email Filter

I am using Win 2000pro. I have two profiles on it, Administrator and another which is solely mine. I have installed Netscape Communicator 4.79. I have set up many message filters in my Netscape profile and when I look at the Admin profile on win 2000 they are there. Then I log off the Admin profile and log in to mine and they are there. I restart the computer and go to my profile the filters are gone, however they are still in the Admin profile. This is only happening to my message filters....not to my bookmarks or to my email addys. Any ideas as to what is going on?
