i have a textfile with about 50 email address all typed one under each other.

is there a way i can import this text file with 50 email addresses into 50 .vcf files ...

the reason why i want to do this is the following:

i have this file with 50 emails and i need to send an email to all this addresses. now if i copy them and paste in the To: field of outlook it works ok, but the email software client which i am using (and i must use it) if i try to paste the 50 emails in the To: field, i will only get pasted the first email address.

Eventually, this client software allows me to import vcf files, therefore i thought i can create the 50 vcf files via some other software/utility and then import them in the address book of the program i am using for sending email.

    Thank for any suggestions!

Need to look under the File menu for "import" and see what's there. If it'll do it, it'll probably require more info than just an email address.

How's you VB? An alternative way to do it is with a VBA script in Excel. Might be easier to do this if your going to do this alot.

Another alternative that might work - depends on the email client you are using - would be to load all the addresses into your address book and then create a group and add them all to that group. If the email app understands groups, it might send to all of them.

If you specified what email program, someone might be familiar with it and thus able to give other suggestions.
