Resolved [Email account for use with Mobile Internet]

I have a laptop and I have a mobile phone which provides 3gb data per month along with unlimited telephone calls.
I can tether my mobile phone to my laptop and access the internet.

What do I need to do to setup an email account without having to pay any fees for such.?

Will my mobile phone with 3gb data be all that is necessary to access the internet and also use email.

Do I have to go online each time I want to use emails or am I able to setup on my laptop and do offline email work?

 

Windows Live Mail will certainly let you work off line to prepare your work. Then log on to send when you are ready. I have used it for years so can recommend it freely and it is FREE.
