easyCD creator

I lost 3-4 CDR while using easyCD creator to burn a 600MB worth of files. It isn't the software but some files types. The files contain a lot of *.ico and also some music types( midi, mid, mp3... ). It is probably the music types that caused the error but I'm not sure. I was using the option creating DATA.

Are you saying you're able to burn properly, so long as you don't burn *.ico files...or music files? I'm confused a little.

Well. Actually I don't know what files types were the cause. I burn a bunch of files of various types and it failed 4 times. It wasn't the software since when I burned some familiar stuff, it worked.

*.ico and Music types were the two types I hadnot tried before and they are among the possible types that might be the trouble.

 

And the error would be?

Perhaps I just need to top up my coffee intake...my brain just won't kick in yet!

What version of Easy CD creator are you running bluesky?

If you are having problems making a CD you may want to do a control alt delete and close some of the programs you have running before making your CD to see if that helps. Explorer and systray are the only one you need running.

Besides,after you decide what you'll burn,you
suppose to put that stuff in a logical 1-1.5GB
partitition,defrag it and burn as data at maximum
speed allowed by your burner and CD-R media.
Screen saver must be turned off!
While the burning session is in progress, don't
do anything else with your computer.
