What would be the easiest way to hook to puters together? I was thinking a kvm so i wouldnthave to get another moniter but how would i share my dsl connection without spending a fortune? only thing the second puter would be for is running seti@home or a folding program. May change in the future if i found a cheap enough moniter...Thanks a bunch for any help.

Nics, cat 5 or 6 cables and router is the easiest. A router with built in NAT is best. and worth it.
Plus your IP number will be on the router ans hid the second computer,
Switch is next, but need the nics and cables
Hub and the nics and cables

ICS needs nics and a cross over cable. Cheapest to setup, but a bear to configure.
