E-Mail?

Greetings,IE6,Outlook Express, I am able to send and recieve e-mail from everthing I try, except from a relative, they get my message, but when they try to reply,they get a message with something that refers to "dameon" cannot send,they use AOL.any ideas or suggestions? Sounds like the an AOL problem. Have them contact AOL as a termporary soulution. After that and before making any more payments, have them replace AOL with a reliable ISP.

 

I agree. This sort of thing has become common recently with some changes AOL has made that is causing all sorts of ISPs to be blacklisted by AOL. I think they were trying to cut down on the amount of SPAM their users got but they evidently didn't get it quite right.

It's gotten bad enough that the sysop of an email list I'm on sent out the following:

My guess is that if AOL doesn't fix whatever they broke, they may be going, going, gone before too many more months.

 

The more I hear about AOL, the more I'm glad I'm not with them!

This is why I parted with aol 7 yrs. ago. They inhibit, block, mess up just about anything one tries to do to advance oneself on their jury rigged distorted system. 'Nuff said
