    i would like to automatic log on to e-mail with having to put in password every time i want to read e-mail

    Sorry, not possible.

    However, you have password protect your Netscape Profile (v4.xx). To have your password protection enabled on your Netscape Profile, please go to http://wp.netscape.com/browsers/4/passwords/
    (Note: you will need to temporary enable Java and JavaScript.)

    I'm missing sumpin'. Been using NS 4.79 since its birth and now "playin" with 7.0 PR1. Both hand emails w/o having to enter passwords each time.

    We are talking Pop3 email password, right? Maybe it's an ISP requirement??

    i went back to 4.79 no problem there

    I believe he was refering to Password potection of his e-mails.
