E-Mail attachments won't open!

    I reinstalled my windows 98 and reformatted the hard drive also and I cannot open all my attachments. I can open some but not all,This is the 2nd time I have reformatted my hard drive and this is the first time this has happened!. What did I overlook??:confused:

    Open OE and go to TOOLS > OPTIONS > SECURITY and uncheck the 4th box down. (says "Do not Allow..blah blah ")
