dynamic links in frontpage

    I have a somewhat non-conventional format link.
    In frontpage it appears as text and not dynamically linked.
    How can this be corrected so that the link is dynamic and not just text ?

    In Front Page, click Edit menu, click Hyperlink and type your
    website address in the open box.; click OK
