DVD error message

    MY daughter got a Samsung external DVD player for xmas but when we try to copy something the error message comes up "power clibration failure" Any ideas?

    Which burning software are you using and do the blank dvd's match the specs of the drive?

    Would appear the blank DVD's were not compatible. Thank you for your help.:)

    Glad to hear that your problem is resolved - DVD burning is still a bit of a nightmare with all the different formats and specific burners being somewhat picky :)
