While I don't claim to be an expert regarding "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD) dump analysis, according to this 4-page article, Network World: "How to solve Windows system crashes in minutes" (specifically the last paragraph of page 3 and all of page 4), it appears your BSOD problem might be caused by CLASSPNP.SYS.

If you Google CLASSPNP.SYS (returns over 1900 results) or Google CLASSPNP!DestroyTransferPacket (currently returns one result), you might find some information that will help you resolve this problem.

If you use DebugWiz to generate your BSOD dump logs, then the additional data it provides may be helpful to others familiar with BSOD dump logs.

In any case, please keep us informed of any trials and/or successes you may try/have in your attempts to resolve your issue.

I wish I could be more helpful. That's about as far as my "expertise" goes in regards to resolving BSOD issues.

It's probably best to access Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles with Internet Explorer. I have found other web browsers (such as Firefox) have trouble rendering Microsoft KB web pages properly. (Microsoft KB pages often do not fully display in Firefox.)

In case you decide to test your RAM for errors, all of the following RAM testers have been recommended in these forums in recent months (last 10 months?). However, there are differing opinions on which RAM tester is "best ".

• Memtest86
•
