   While traveling, I purchased a D-Link AirPlus G (DWL-G630) 802.11g/2.4GHz Wireless Cardbus Adapter. I already have a Netgear router. Problem is, I thought I was buying a Wireless Network Card for my Desktop; I don't own a laptop.
   
   Returning the item is out of the question; anyway I can hook it up somehow with a USB adapter of some kind?
