Windows NT 4.0 Workstation machine. I installed Windows 2K Professional in a dual boot mode on another drive.
When I boot to Win 2K eventually it will crash with blue screen, but NT boot still runs fine. Can I de-install the Windows 2k and keep the NT like I originally had?

sure, just delete the files related to Win2k while in WinNT.
Then modify your boot.ini and remove the entry for win2k.

Remember now that you have dual booted Win2k and WinNT, your file system has been converted to NTFS v5. WinNT can read /write to NTFS v5, but can't fix problems using CHKDSK on this type of file system.

    Super!
    Thanks for the prompt reply.
I think I could have saved myself a lot of grief and time in the past with other Windows related problems if I had come to you guys.
    Thanks again.
