Dual Boot Win 2000Pro

Hi new to this site . got a little problem I installed Windows 2000Pro as a second OS on my Windows 98se machine. I installed this to a second hard drive, the trouble was that I didnt have enough space so I used Partition Magic to resize the drive after that Windows 2000 wouldnt boot so I delete it and reformated the drive but I still get the option to choose Win 2000 or Win 98 how do I get back to just Win 98. Thanks in advance.

 

Edit the file c:\boot.ini. The content is quite easy to understand.

 

Delete the boot.ini, and sys the c: drive.
If you can boot into Win98, make a win98 boot disk.
Boot with the disk and a the a:\ prompt type
sys c:
