    I have gone from a dial up modem to DSL. Now when I go to help and support I am not able to send a help question. When I try it say that I am not connected. How do I get help and support to recognize the new DSL. Everything else that I connect to works fine.

    Are you running a firewall? If you didn't install and set up one, you could still have the built-in XP one active.
