DSL User Group

    I have just created new users and when in those user accounts in XP Pro they cannot access the internet or e-mail. The only way to access the net is with admin account. How do I correct this? Please I have looked everywhere and I am sure it is something simple.

    Hi skyln - and Welcome to the Board :)

    Multiple users are a grey area to me as a single user, but this may help.

    If memory serves me right when you create a new DUN there is a check box for - something like :

    Use this connection > For me only and > For anyone who uses this computer.

    Try making a new DUN via the Wizard and checking the 'Anyone' box.
