Does anyone know if there is a way to open the full drop down list when you open a list on the menu bar?

In other programs this option is available under customize toolbar, but I can't find any way around it in IE5 :(

    Any and all ideas welcome!

Which items in the Menu Bar do not fully display? Can you give an example?

The favorites list for one, it shows a partial list and a double arrow at the bottom which you have to click on to see the rest or wait a few seconds for it to open automatically.

Not that big of a deal, just a minor complaint from one of my coworkers who asked if I could find a way to change it. She managed to figure out how to change it in Word and Excel and other programs.

In IE, Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > remove the tick from Enable Personalized Favorites Menu. Close, then re-open the browser. That should take care of it.

    Hmmmmmmmm...

That option doesn't seem to be available in IE 5.5 SP2.

Glad that worked for you, Kevin. Zephyr- I believe Personalized Menus are a "feature" of Win2K and XP. Maybe Win Me, I couldn't say. ;)
