I have downloaded the recommended driver from Lexar for Win98SE
When I unzip the file, plug in the JD into the USB port and the "Add New Hdwe
screen appears, I cannot choose Next--locked up!

Doesn't your download contain two files, one an .inf? If so put them in a folder and highlight the .inf file and do file, install.

I may be misunderstanding what is being said but I have the lexar and a 98se system. I downloaded and installed the software before plugging in the jump drive. It worked fine on two machines. When I rebooted I plugged in the drive it found it and reinstalled the software it needed.
