Hardware is MSI K9MM-V motherboard 2gb ram set up is 1 WD2500 Eide drive and 1 Maxtor DiamondMax10 EIDE drive Problem is Maxtor drive will not boot when place in drive 0 position on the EIDE Cable, I am able to run Maxblast partition copy to copy from WD2500 but when I swap drives on the cable Max will not boot. I have booted from cdrom and used fixboot and fix MBR and still no boot from Max. I have replaced the EIDE cable and changed disk jumper cales fro cable select to Master and still no boot. I have installed the latest system bios from MSI. I have also installed the latest chipset upgrades from MSI.

    Anyone have any ideas ?

    Thanks

    Kent
