I have Lunix on a partition, works just fine and I can see my Windows directory from there. But if I click on the drive letter that Linux is on in Windows, it gives me that message. Anyway I can keep it from doing that and reading it like everything else?

Your Linux drive shouldn't be seen by windows at all. It should be running the ext2, ext3 or some other Linux file system which windows should be able to recognize. If you have a drive letter on that partition, remove it in disk management.
