Resolved Dragon Naturally 10 Preferred: Windows explorer closes

    Ever since I purchased Dragon Naturally 10, Preferred, while using the program I invariably get the message "Windows Explorer encountered a problem and needs to close. I have spent the past two hours on the Nuance website seeking an answer... to no avail. It is disconcerting having the Windows Explorer shutdown in the midst of doing work. Can anyone me some direction on where to begin solving this problem?
