I have a broadband connection that in turn feeds 3 other computers through a wireless network. For some reason when I do a large download about 20 Mb or so the connection always stops halfway through.I have been through the support of my ISP, the Modem and the Router manafacturers to no avail.
Does any one know of a good download manager that is not full of Spyware?
    Thanks, John

The Firefox browser has a built-in download manager that works quite well.

Fresh Download is a download manager that gets good reviews from its users and has no spyware.

IE will continue the download from where you were disconnected as long as you haven't deleted your temporary internet files since then.
