Downloading in Mozilla1.7.3

Lately I can't DL. I get the thumbnail at the bottom of this. I can download the same files in IE and Firefox.

Here is a bugzilla report on unknownContentType.xul. Note that it is marked invalid: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=263175

I would uninstall Mozilla using Add/Remove, and delete the C:\Program Files\mozilla.org folder. Reboot the PC, then install Mozilla again. I think this should fix your problem.

I would also add your experience to the Bug Report. You will need to register, but it will be worth it to be able to vote for other bugs, etc.
