I recently had to do a system recovery; I used the pc's recovery, it was not a clean install. After the recovery I see I have no longer sp2 and sp3 which I had before that. My system is compaq /presario with windows xp home with sp1. So I downloaded sp1a because I read I can no longer get sp2 for free and I need at least sp1a to be able to download sp3. Some updates downloaded and installed but KB842773 (BITS 2.0 and Win 4 HTTP 5.1) will not load and I get the error message 0x8007F0F1. Thank you for any help you can give.
