    Does anyone know if there is source to download the 98FE to 98SE upgrade package (CD)

    You can obtain the Windows 98 SE Upgrade by calling Microsoft (800) 360-7561

    Try Ebay. They have several cds.

    We can't answer that question here, as anything downloaded would be pirated software and would violate Rule #10. M$ doesn't put out OS's available for download.
    But if you are looking for Y2K updates for 98FE.
