Need to give us an example of the files name(s).

Chances are the file is a .zip . You'd need to have a program like winzip installed.

When you chose save to computer (or disc) where do you specify them to be saved? Do you then navigate to the file and click on it to open it?

    Hi, Nick ~

What is the file type with which this is occurring?

What do you mean by "download complete but page does not come up to print "?

"My Computer" is a very broad term, are you sure you don't mean "My Documents "?
I am guessing what you mean by coming up to print, you are trying to read some type of file visually on the screen, maybe a PDF file? You will need the Adobe Acrobat reader.
In short, need more info. Downloading the Reader above will do you know good unless you know what the file extension and/or the file type is.
