download.com no exe's

    has anyone noticed that any file with a .exe downloaded from download.com doesnt not download with the .exe. comes down as a normal file with no extension.

    tried to find a contact us that would allow me to write them but unable to find a good email address.

    Wouldn't hurt to post the link to an example...I just now picked a file at ramdon and it worked fine.

    Tools > Folder options > View - Hide extensions for known file types ???

    the couple i have tried a few times has been avg free and antivir

    have had to go to hippo for those files.
