I assumed that an update would be better "“ so. I updated.
Mistake, I don’t like it "“ want my old woman back!!

Windows Media Player is what I’m talking about.
Windows ME had the best - Version 7.01.00.3055

I updated to Version 8.xx - did not like it.

Now I’m up to Version 9.xx.

Mercy, Microsoft is really ******** up my world!

    OK, the question.

Can I find and reinstall Version 7.xx on XP?

    WMP 7

Here's a link where you can download WMP ver 7. WindowsMediaPlayer (and any other version)
I think the real trick is going to be uninstalling WMP 9 :D I don't think it shows up in the 'Add/Remove programs' menu. Maybe someone else can throw in their $0.02

    B
