The double e-mail problem is at their end. I've talked to my ISP several times about this. What could be happening is when the person is downloading their mail and the connection gets interupted, it causes a glitch, of sorts. When they download again, it sends the previous mail as well as the new mail. Or, sometimes a corrupt piece of mail can cause the mail to hiccup and make it download as double. The corrupt mail is usually spam mail and if it jams up the sending, then the only way it can be fixed is to contact the ISP so they can clean it up at their end. It happens a lot with my friend. We both use Outlook Express. But, the problem is with the ISP, not the user. Hope this clarifies it a little better for you. I'm sure that someone out there has a MUCH better explanation than mine.

    :)
